The Beginning
We knew that revival was coming and on February 24, 2010, revival hit.
We found that we really had to press in during worship but when we did we experienced a breakthrough. That night was some of the purest, sweetest worship of the Savior I have ever been privileged to be a part of.
A group of young people from Master’s Commission came to minister that night. They set the stage with several great skits and some great preaching.
Then they started praying for us and our prophetic teams began to minister to them. God met us in the middle with an explosion of raw Holy Ghost POWER.
- A man who had been wheelchair bound and paralyzed for 38 years got up and walked.
- One of the Master’s Commission guys who had formerly been a quiet and reserved person got a word about “roaring like a lion” and he did so for about two hours. Prayed, prophesied, roared, and finally began to sing loudly in Hebrew.
- A young lady in our congregation who suffered from flashbacks was delivered. Then she also began to worship in Hebrew (no, neither of them speaks Hebrew)
- Another MC student received a word about prophetic evangelism and the power hit her so hard she fell on the floor and hadn’t regained consciousness by the time they left.
- Then the power of God hit more and more people until the bunch of us were sprawled on the floor!
A couple hours later the place still looked like a bomb hit it but somehow we had to get the MC students back home! Four of them had to be bundled onto stretchers (that are here at the church for ministry time) and carried out to their van.
Their pastor tells us they woke up the next morning in much the same condition – and they set off on Sunday for Puerto Rico ON FIRE for a missions trip!
